Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. No card is needed to start.
Are the leads really free?
Leads that come from Google search and Maps carry no fee per lead. You pay $185 a month flat for the work that earns those spots, whether one lead comes in that month or fifty, and every lead is yours alone. Nobody can honestly promise how many will come.
Is the website really included?
Yes. If you have no website, Urvano builds one for you and hosts it, in your name and your colors. If you have one on WordPress, Urvano writes straight into it; on another site builder, it brings your pages and photos over to the site it hosts for you. The price is the same either way, and there is no setup fee or build fee.
Is bookings and follow-up extra?
No. Every lead answered the moment it comes in, the booking page on your site, the calendar, the list of leads and the profit by where each one came from are included in the price.
Can I pay for a year at a time?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free: a year costs ten months. Pick it when you set up payment.
What happens to my website if I leave?
What Urvano makes for your business is yours: the pages, the posts, the words and your customer list. You can export all of it at any time. After you close your account, it stays open for export for 30 days. Hosting is a service, not something you keep: the hosting that comes with your plan ends when the plan ends. On WordPress, your pages are already in your own site.
Do I own it?
Yes. What Urvano makes for your business is yours: the pages, the posts, the words and your customer list, and you can export all of it at any time.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A site Urvano builds goes live at its own address, and you can point your own domain at it whenever you like.
Will AI content hurt my Google ranking?
Google rewards helpful content and penalizes spam, whoever wrote it. Urvano writes pages that answer what people near you actually search for, and every page is checked before it goes out. Thin, copied, or keyword-stuffed pages are what get punished, and those are not what this makes.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. Bookings and follow-up comes with Local Growth.
Do replies pretend to be me?
Replies go out under your business name and are clearly from your business, and Urvano is always disclosed as AI software, never a person.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes, with Google Calendar. Connect it once. Urvano only offers times you are free, and a booking lands on your calendar with the customer's details.
Who pays for the ads?
You will, directly to Google: once campaign execution is enabled, your ad spend is billed to your own Google Ads account. The monthly price is Urvano's fee for the work, separate from what you spend on ads.

Nobody can honestly promise a number of leads or calls from ads, and this beta has no campaign results to show yet. What Urvano promises is the work and the rules it runs by, and you will see every change before it happens.

Do I need to be at a computer?
